Q: Will I be charged for waiting time?
A: Our customers are priviliged to free waiting time at the airport. Our operators checking all flights ETA's ( for delays or early arrivals). All limousines have 20 minutes free waiting time on domestic flights and 30 minutes on international flights.

Q: How do I find my driver?
A: Your uniformed driver (suite and tie) will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

Q: What kind of cars?
A: All of our cars are new models 2003-2005.

Luxury Sedans are either Cadillac and Lincoln Town Car available in black only

Stretch Limousines - Models are Lincoln Town Cars, Cadillacs, S500 Mercedes, Jaguar, 745 BMW, 300 Chrysler. Also included in the limo is TV, VCR and CD Player. Fully Stack Bar included with soft drinks and hard liquor.

SUV - 20 passenger Hummer, 18 passenger Navigator and Escalade, 16 passenger Excursion, 14 Passenger Porshe, 6 passenger Escalade, Suburban, Yukon.

Luxury Vans - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus their luggage. For sight seeing or other than airport transit, the vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers.

Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service. Reservations over $2000.00 will require a 20 % deposit up front. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives, friends of the traveler.

Q: What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?
A: ALL no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must:

1. Call toll free 1-888-546-6979 so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.

2. Call 1-888-546-6979 or email in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

Q: How can I cancel and what is your Cancellation policy?
A: All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs prior to your arrival. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation within 24 to 12 hours before service time. You must provide confirmation # for each reservation.

  • Phone Cancellation 12 - 5 hours*
* Cancellations by phone only weekdays bet. 10am-8pm

Q: What is your "Service Guarantee"?
A: After you have received your "Confirmation Number", your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservations must be made at least 4 hours before a pick up time. After a reservation is taken by our operator, you are garanteed to have a vehicle at the pick up location on time.)

Q: What is your hourly rates?
A: Executive Sedans are 2 hours minimum, Stretch Lincoln Town Cars are 3 hours minimum, regular size SUV's are 3 hours minimum, all other limousines are 5 hours minimum.
